How can AI take our jobs really?

Okay I do a very basic job. A shitty receptionist in a hotel in Turkey. And I only make $700 a month.

And there are 30 people in the staff.

Cleaners, waiters, managers, bartenders etc etc.

And I really wonder how AI can take our jobs from this hotel? Our boss would never pay for advanced robots. And only one dollar is 44 Turkish lira. Tech is too expensive.

I guess we will have to work in this hotel for 30 years more.

Specifically reception is easiest to replace. just show the computer screen to the customer so a. I can offer a few rooms.

About robots : paying once a million dollars is less than paying 30 humans month after month.

as ai gets more mainstream the prices will come down. When it becomes cheap enough you will be out of a job.

All tech is expensive at first but costs fall rapidly as the tech is perfected.

Companies are trying to use AI to answer customer service questions. Their customers hate it. The other jobs are too complex for automation. Some US chain restaurants have implemented ordering from the table but most people hate that.

Ai is taking over a lot. Appt setters, all kinds. I bet soon we won't need teachers. Its sad cause we are depending on pc.
