It's no surprise when someone like Carpenter says men are useless. The blatant sexism among feminists is the one of the biggest reasons feminism is in the toilet today.

But it's not just blatant sexism. The worst of it is more subtle. My wife works on a team that consists of six women, including the boss who is an outspoken feminist. Recently they were doing team interviews of candidates for a new position. One of the candidates was a guy who some of the team liked a lot. After the interview her boss said "we have a great team and I'm not going to ruin it by hiring a guy".

Later my wife was talking with one of her teammates and she (my wife) said why can't we help women be successful without hurting men? We don't need to drag men down to boost women up. To that her teammate (who is also an outspoken feminist) said "yeah we do".

This shit happens all the time and gets no attention. Feminism is essentially dead, but there is a lot of harm done by feminism that still needs to be addressed.

No, we don't all say men are useless. Are there changes we would like to see them make? Of course. However, the main goal is equality, not dragging men down.
