Are men useless in today's world?

Question

Houses & society have been built and nobody needs saving from the lions and tigers. 

Women far outperform men in school and college both in quality and quantity. Even though women are better, men are unfair and sexist in the job market. Men make people feel unsafe (Murder/Rape/Beating) and create wars.

Outside of sports, should women remove most men?

Even the media is now showing us the reality of dumb men.

I suppose men are useless if YOU find your worth and gender role in an outdated way such as this. The world is moving on from these traditional gender roles, but you're wanting to stay in them. Or at the very least, you're asking this question about modern society from the standpoint of traditional society. That is an unrealistic way to go about considering these types of things.

As for the murder or rape claims, those are statistics thrown out by the out-of-touch feminazis these days. They'll claim things like "1 in 4 women will be the victim of rape". But they don't understand that the violent crime statistics of Detroit (one of the most crime-ridden areas in the US) has a violent crime statistic of something like 3-4% per 100,000 people. And "violent crime" includes all 4 'big ones' bundled into one- murder, rape, aggravated assault, and robbery. Again, that is 3-4% COMBINED statistics of those four violent crimes. Now you tell me: is 3-4% anywhere close to 25% for just ONE of those violent crimes (compared to all of them combined)?

So no, men aren't useless as long as they themselves aren't trying to live in "the good old days", like you seem to be.

No, I don't know if this is a serious question or a willful initiation of antagonism.

Men are leaders of countries, organizations, and are almost exclusively in the highest positions of authority in the world. Whether or not this is due to "gender discrimination" is up for debate.

Men also dominate the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields of research and industry, which are crucial for economic development and sustainability, as well as solving the greatest problems we face as a civilization (Global Warming, Energy Usage, Population, Water Shortages, Bioterrorism, Military Threats)

Most Nobel Prize winners are men.

^ Speaking of the military, men also dominate that aspect of society, so basically men keep the economy flourishing, solve the worlds most complex problems, protect your nation from outside threats in the military, and run your country in the high political and corporate positions.

However, this is not to discredit the importance of women in a population. Women are capable of great things as well.

Men are far from useless in this world. As a woman I would want a man to continue to exceed in all that I do just as I would continue to encourage a man to be the best at what he does. I believe that a lot is changing in the world as the years progress but that will never take a way from what a man can bring to the table... As far as men making people feel unsafe, there are just as many women who likely make others feel unsafe as well. It is about who you are as an individual and your motivation in life --- also, it is about who you surround yourself that speaks into you and encourages you in life.

Men are definitely valuable in society.

Although men and women are very capeable of doing the same things that doesn't mean that men are not nessesary.

Without men how would we be able to procreate? We need sperm for that. Although there is technology that can allow us to clone ourselves (well i haven't actually heard of humans going through with it but they did it with sheep) but who really is gonna spend money on impregnating themselves with a clone of themselves? Artificial Inseminatin cost enough as it is, you can only imagine how much it would cost to have a doctor help you give birth to your clone.

Yeah women may love their dildos and their vibrators but the thing is, men create that sexual tension (not for gay women though) When women are playing with themselves they are fantasising about men.

Although not literally useless, men are not desired and naturally masculine behavior has been criminalized in many areas. This week the University of Virginia suspended fraternity activities -- but not sorority activities -- because of an article that alleged widespread gang rape on campus, even though there's no evidence anything in the article is true. California passed a law that says if a man and woman are both drunk and have sex, the man is automatically considered a criminal and the woman is automatically his victim.

Just two examples off the top of my head. Men are major league despised.

Part of the education thing is that men are suppressed in school. Most educators are female, and studies show that they grade boys according to behavior. Since they don't understand male behavior, they punish it. It has nothing to do with women being smarter or better, but that they are over-represented in the field of education and it disproportionately affecting males. Add in the cultural emphasis on men only being men if they play sports and other shit, then you raise men who are encouraged to fuck around and discouraged not to excel in school.

Males are required for procreation, but more importantly any male of sufficient knowledge, skill and talent is capable of executing tasks that can be useful for both themselves and others and society as a whole. No, we'll always need some Y chromosomes around to keep the population going. Beside the obvious though, there will always be jobs that require a certain amount of physical fitness/strength that most women lack. And even though women tend to outperform men academically, there are still plenty of smart men and stupid women out there. Also, our survival as a species is largely dependent on diversity. If you take away men, you're drastically reducing our diversity.

Women outperform men in school? Are you kidding me? In my math course this year almost every guy has at least a "B" (our grades are different though), while most girls hardly manage to pass.
Same in my last year's math course, with a different teacher and other students, half of the girls failed and basically no guy failed.

Also, women murder and beat others as well, actually most domestic violence comes from women.

The sad fact is that a lot of boys aren't receiving proper education in schools, it can be harder for a young boy to sit still in class especially if they aren't getting exercise. there's numerous ways you can teach to get boys more involved in the classroom, however our public schools largely fail at doing that.
