For 4 years I had to take care of my mom she had Alzheimer's dementia that was the hardest job of my life especially the last 6 months of it when I couldn't work at all anymore just everything about it was hard I would not wish it on anybody

Everyones brain deteriorates with time. I think it starts at 30 or maybe sooner. Don't quote on the year exactly but it is much sooner then any of us would like to admit. I don't see any signs in Trump of rapid decline like with Biden for instance.
