Trumps decisions are very logical, methodical, and planned. You just have an extremely low IQ and the attention span of a gnat. It's clear why he is doing what he is doing, and why he is doing it in a specific order. I know, you'd prefer a dumber president that is more predictable, because Trump is way too smart for you and your brain is incapable of processing the patterns.

He is the most rational president we have had in decades. At least he seeks to destroy those who tried to assassinate him as opposed to foolishly try to make peace thinking they won't end up as another Neville Chamberlain.
