It depends how , but usually the chosen words are silly , or absurd. then people say "cool it" or cool your tds (meaning a syndrome overreact or hate trump) or simply "ugh more tds". Obviously we need to be free and protected to critique authority! included trump, but the type of complaint or chosen words is often so fake or insincere or silly!
