When Democrats win in November , they will try to do this. They will also try to lower voting age to 16. It is coming folks. They will add DC and PR as States for Senate and House Seats will give them those seats forever, Republicans may never control House , Senate , and Executive branches again. Trump has scared them.

Best approach is to increase the size, but also have them randomly allocated to cases so that the people bringing cases to it won't know who they're going to get.

No expanding won't solve anything. Either Judges select their successors or we set term limits. Expanding seats to dilute the leaning of the court will only concentrate itself in favor of one of the 2 parties.

Meaning if you expand the # of seats yes the ideology of the bench may go center or center right but in time new Judges will be appointed and once again the court will be 'stacked' and again a call to expand will be made

This is ridiculous, because then when Republicans are back in power, they'll try to expand it to 19 justices, and then the Democrats will try to expand it to 24 justices, and on and on. Corruption is not the way to run a government. At some point, the people have to take their country back and tell the politicians they are there to serve them, not the other way around.

It is broken. It said the president has immunity for crimes committed while in office. The constitution says the opposite.

Trump's DoJ is attempting to ignore the finding of investigators and citizen juries and have the convictions of the worst Jan 6 criminals (other than Trump) dropped.
