I was a jury member for a self defense case where the defendant shot someone who had a history of saying I'm going to kill you. The shot happened where the person shot and killed was touching the defendant bed. Girlfriend on said bed crying looking at defendant for protection and shot was already fired.

It was a miss trial because the person shot was the landlord. There's only one war and its class warfare like karl marx communist manifesto spells out.
