If someone doesn’t agree with you, that doesn’t automatically make them a Trump supporter or right winger?

I don’t think a lot of people quite understand that many people may not belong to a specific party, but may have stronger opinions and feelings on certain topics compared to others. For example, I myself am a moderate. And it’s literally laughable to me how many people have accused me of parroting right wing talking points (for those of you who don’t know: being center doesn’t always mean you will be 50/50 about every issue!)

At a job, i heard a guy criticized trump. I asked 'you like democrats' he said 'democrat is worse' me: what is bad about democrat? 'Everything but trump is almost as bad" 🙄😉🤔🤗

Good point. I'm a strong independent, but lately with the economy and Iran am leaning more left and am not pleased with Trump at all. It is ok to agree to disagree.

1000% agree. I'm former democrat who's center left and the amount of times I've been labeled a Trump supporter and right winger for not passing purity test or blinding supporting everything the DNC does is ridiculous. When I first became a democrat, it was OK to have differing views, then Hillary lost to Trump then things started going down hill and now, 100% your views must align with the far left or your automatically a right winger, 99% of your views can be far left, but Democrats will use the 1% disagreement to label you a right winger. Being labeled right winger and Trump supporter is why myself and others left the Democratic party.
