If you have superpowers, are you obligated to help people?

In any given moment time or day we all have super powers if we are in the right place at the right time and somebody needs help you don't have to do anything but for me if I'm there I'm going to lend a hand

For me it's just the right thing to do

But it's just how you look at life I guess but I think in a way we all have superpowers

And if you don't it's because you're selfish and only think of yourself

No matter what it's just a choice you either make it or you don't

You put yourself in their shoes or you don't

You remember when you struggled and there is nobody there to help you or you don't

That is superpower could be something as little as a smile and a hello

I wouldn’t waste my time putting myself in harms way to help one or two people at a time in an endless cycle of violence.
That would be treating the symptoms.


I would much rather go after the root causes of the world’s problems and use my power to fix them.


I might not be hailed as a “hero” considering too few people will even know of what I do.
But I’m ok with that.
Knowing I managed to bring about change is enough

I personally wouldn’t, I would keep it a secret from anybody. The moment you reveal something like that any government or kidnapper will be after you. Not worth it.
