Why is Trump's transportation secretary even worse then Buttigieg?

Buttigieg was bad, so Trump fired him and put his own guy in, but the new guy is even WORSE! That chaotic shutdown that lasted over a month. Even more close calls and accidents then under Buttigieg. Airlines going bankrupt and flight crew losing their jobs. Striking flight attendants. Rising airfare cost. Still no bullet train. People being killed on public transport.

I thought these problems would end with Buttigieg gone, but Trump's guy is even worse!

cmon, if we can shut down all the airplanes, end cruising via viruses... we all know they are yucky and pollute the world, and then shut down cars due to lack of fuel, we'll save the world and we can all ride bicycles again like we used to before someone figured out what to do with that oily sou on the surface.
