Take birthplace of Victoria's secrets models before this brand got completely woke and hired obese and ugly models. Divide those model numbers through population of particular country and you get Victoria's Secret model value per capita. The higher the value, the more attractive girls in those countries.
It's not especially scientific but at least this method gives some real number, otherwise is attractiveness very subjective.
