Gas just passed $4.50 a gallon in the US — how are Americans feeling about it?

5.20 my area. Worst part is we are in alaska. So so higher gas prices is a bigger payment for our PFD. By our standard goal should be a $3400 pay out for each resident.

For budget concerns that benefit the richest people of our state the PFD will be limited to $1100 in. October.

So our collective resource promise is turning into a crock of shit. The rich get richer and most dangerous state in the union gets more dangerous for everyday people.

Thank gog it's spring and then summer. I'm still scared of next fall and winter in alaska.

It officially got above 4 dollars here. It really costs me another 20 bucks a month. I guess I could put up with it a few more weeks or a month if it keeps America safe. At least there is a good reason for this. When Biden made gas prices soar above 5 bucks a gallon he did it to force us to buy and electric car.
