Jasmine Crockett is a politician that uses her platform to take advantage of the modern era to draw attention to herself and garner more supporters. Considering that Jasmine Crockett is indeed a well-educated attorney, she is capable of speaking with "standard English" and behaving in a "professional" way, but she can easily "code-switch" to sound more like the Black people that she grew up around and support her to create viral social media clips. In 2026, social media is a great way to garner support and she is one of the politicians young enough to understand this fact. Even Donald Trump understands it, as he is no stranger to insulting people, giving them nicknames, and using profanity to help him go viral.

When you're admitted to school, you are still required to put in the effort to graduate with a law degree. Thus, you still have to be smart to pass your classes and earn your degree.

@mike_hum: Thurgood Marshall School of Law is a Historically Black College and University, meaning that it was founded to help educate Black people that otherwise did not have the resources to attend school. That's not the same as "lowering the standards" so they can attend. Moreover, the demographics of a school don't prove that the standards were lowered for her to get a law degree. You still have to put in the effort to obtain the degree in the first place. I still don't see any evidence that she didn't do that. How you get into school is one thing, but graduating and having a long successful career in your field is another, which can't be done without some form of hard work, dedication, and intelligence.
