At some point you have to stop using that as an excuse. Does having anger issues improve how other people treat you? No, so what are you accomplishing being angry all the time? It is manageable if you choose to try to and you can blame people for choosing not to deal with their anger.

I have been treated like shit in my life by other people but I still don’t want to harm innocent people that have never done anything wrong to me.
I’m not planning to get revenge on the people who have hurt me in the past but I wouldn’t care if something bad happened to them.
