I went to a Trump election rally before he was the Prez, and it was very welcoming to people whom were clearly not considering Trump, and they were pleasantly surprised, and said so.

Even today, if you wear a Biden smells good hat, MAGA people won't bug you. But if you wore a MAGA hat into certain areas, people would not be served or violently assaulted.
