I filled up the tank of my Honda sedan for $63.00 today! What the hell! This is in Tennessee by the way where the cost of living is supposedly lower.

This would be something I would have expected from the Obummer or Xiden regimes.

And this isn't just fuel. It is a domino effect. Groceries, utilities, and other essentials have skyrocketed.

As for me I always try to look at the bright side of things & when it comes to gas believe it or not there is a bright side. As for gas it has gone up however it’s still low compared to some other countries that are paying $11 to $15 a gallon.

Three days ago it cost me $65.00 to fill up my tank & the tank wasn’t even empty.

It’s crazy how we buy gas from other countries at outrageous prices & sell gas that we make in this country to other countries at a lower price.

We should start using our own supply instead of exporting it & I guarantee the price of gas go on sale.

As for gas we are all paying sales tax on gas & with everything going I could only imagine how much sales tax the states & federal are making off of it & I still don’t understand why we are selling our own gas to other countries & not using it all here. The other day I was behind a school bus & noticed it ran on propane & as for propane the average cost per gallon is around $2.70. Maybe we should switch over to propane vehicles. I’m not a fan of electric vehicles.

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet to get a long term solution. It would have been much easier to do nothing about Iran making nuclear weapons. Nobody would have been inconvenienced until a nuke gets detonated in a crowded event in Cleveland.

Nobody seemed to mind when gas prices were over 5 bucks a gallon 2 or 3 years ago.

America is on firm economic footing. Retail spending has been strong and unemployment is steady at around 4% which is basically full employment. Wages are up as compared to inflation and the US military has already kicked the crap out of Iran.

President Trump has not betrayed us. We just had 4 years of one of the biggest coverups in history. We had a senile president who was clearly not fit for the job and yet the whole country was kept in the dark for 4 years. That was the real betrayal.

Because most gas stations aren't using OUR oil!! They're still using oil from the middle east and that costs a LOT more to get to the tanks you use!! Then, YOU end up paying the excess for it!!
It has nothing to do with trump!! We have enough oil right here between America and Alaska to keep us in gas for the next 600 years!! Plus, the Venezuelans are shipping us their oil for helping get rid of their dictatorship!!

You can always argue which one resulted in slightly cheaper things than the other, but NOBODY wants to pay $4.25+ a gallon for fuel or $96 for 3 bags worth of groceries. Those are seriously recent examples. Let's recall that fuel where I live was indeed $2.40 a gallon when Trump first took office during his current term. Rent around here is still upwards of $1,500+ a month for a one bedroom apartment.
