How do I stop overthinking conspiracy theories and feel normal again?

It all started when me and my friend got into conspiracy theories and it was all fun in it's own way, like figuring out how the world works at so young in ways that older generations couldn't. But I think I dug too deep into the rabbit whole and I can't fully go back to normal. Everything seems pointless now and I don't know what's real or if anyone around me is real. I feel like I lost the sense of affection because I don't believe someone else is real, please help me I really want to feel the same again.
