News from Scotland this week is Trump has banned Scottish fans from travelling to the World Cup stating it's about making sure only the right people come over. Thousands of fans have been blocked from travelling.

The USA uses social media checks on travellers, before allowing entry leading to speculation this could be behind the revocations, with one guy claiming he was knocked back because he sings in a band.

So have you or anyone else you know been banned for good reason from the USA

They’re fans. Emphasis on the word, “fans”. That is really screwy how an event that is supposed to bring the world closer is being used to lash out hostility towards The Scottish people.
Also America has seen a low number of tourists, which brings business and makes the Capitalist Economy flow. You’d think the “most Capitalist president” would want there to be tourists coming in and helping American businesses however nope.

Now the tourists isn’t only from outside the USA, even domestic travel has been at a crawl due to the economic burden Americans face and they prefer to stay home or not go far as they once did with less money towards vacationing.

Scottish fans deserve to see the game in person and spend their money here to help the struggling economy also our self image on the world stage (the world has this idea America is imperialistic, selfish, destructive, does tariffs without merit or reason and have corrupt deals with The Middle East being Quatar, Saudis, and Israel for some reason).

I am in the process of applying for a non immigrant visa to work in the US and it's such a fkin bureaucratic pathetic eye rolling paper munching (the most tech advanced country in the world needing 30 year old documents just because) drag that the job no longer feels worth doing.

Yeah an exgf's family member was banned for life from the US because his dog attacked another dog and killed it.

There has been many Scottish fans that are here to watch soccer. They had a woman that spent $1500 on counterfeit tickets but she flew here anyway so she could go in a bar and watch it on TV.
