I imagine these women's logic is fairly simple. By giving the landlord sex they reduce a major cost of life and if they have done a lot of hooking up it doesn't mean that much to them. I agree with @Agape93 . It's a barter agreement that can be argued for or against either way, depending on the specific circumstances and situation. My personal opinion overall? If you're a landlord and you actually agree to such an arrangement when presented to you by a tenant as an option, you're a damn fool. Any such agreement, besides being illegal and unenforceable in the courts, is an absolute ticking time-bomb. If you're a landlord and it's your idea, you've got no business being a landlord, and depending on the situation, probably also belong in prison.

If I lent a family member $10,000, the IRS would expect me to charge intrest of 3-5% and fill out forms rather than just me lending and telling them to pay back when you got it.
