I really haven't watched much of it. I put some of the US game on last Friday when I was flipping through, but then halftime came on.
It was a bunch of people I have never heard of talking about a sport I know nothing about. Pass.
Since you're American I understand, although the US is doing surprisingly well this time.
That is what I heard. I'll have to watch again. There seems to be long breaks between when the teams play. Is that normal?
Normally there are only fifteen minutes between the two halves, but this time there are also hydration breaks, which the US wanted, which wasn't a thing before. That's something that breaks up the action.
Oh, okay. It does get hot some of the places they play, but the hottest in LA is indoors I think.
I get that but it really disturbs the flow of play.
Don't know much about the sport, but I could see how it could. It does in other American sports like NFL and NBA.
For those breaks, it is so they can bombard you with commercials.
