In terms of sheer incompetence it’s Biden and it’s not even a debate.
The man was beyond disabled, he wouldn’t have been hired as a cab driver in his state and we’re expected to believe he could lead a country?


But Obama remains way worse, because he was a murderous psychopath masquerading as an altruistic peace lover.
Everyone suffered under his leadership. Both domestic and foreign, no one benefitted.

Obama had a chance to unite Americans on race, his lack of resolve makes him a total failure. It was White people that voted for him to do this. He hurt the prospects for Blacks in politics.
