Well I think since they were full on MAGA for years and really believed in the values of the GOP it took them longer to take the blindfold off. It’s hard to come to terms with the fact that the principles you believed in and defended for so long turned to shit. They are what MAGA calls RINOS, which just means they are traditional and real republicans (ironically given what RINO stands for) who aren’t into all of this MAGA clown shit, they just realized that the old GOP has actually turned into MAGA and there is no distinction these days.
