Not really. Go visit a commune some time. See what true communism looks like. It’s actually quite liberating. Suggesting that communism has ever been practiced on a large scale is like saying that North Korea functions exactly like the USA because they call themselves a “democratic republic”.

A right wing authoritarian dictatorship (which is incredibly rare and you can only point to Pinochet) is incredibly based and would still not be totalitarian. The very nature of leftism is a totalitarian command economy.
When the right wing becomes capitalistic dictators we're only trying to remove communists and anyone who wishes to subvert traditional values or undermine to nation (so they'd deserve it).

And how did I know your first examples would be Hitler, Mussolini & Franco? But here is the thing about that.
Fascism started off as a Marxist movement and practiced Marxist economics where the Nation, State and it's people were all one. In practice this is exactly the same as the worker shareholder ideology of the left. Mussolini was a civic nationalist who believed that anyone could be Italian as long as they culturally assimilate. Again this is a nationalism that's no different to the leftist SNP and Irish Nationalism, which isn't right wing at all.
Hitler was a National Socialist who rejected Karl Marx, yet believed in a Socialism non-the-less as he was a homeless man himself. Hitler constantly opposed Capitalism in all of his speeches and effectively removed the private sector by giving the government complete rights to tell you what you're allowed to produce. The National Socialists even fired bosses from their own business'.
Franco started off with and continued to practice a leftwing style, command economy for a while.
To give credit to him he was quite pragmatic when it came to economics, as once he was redone building Spain he focused on privatising the economy.
Researching Salazar he just seems based although he was a corporatist which is not capitalist. He wasn't a syndicalist either so I'd put him on the center, not the right.
In Anastasia Somaza's case he was targeting Marxists, who wish to do others what he did to them. We in the west suppress Nazism (over their nationalism and not their Marxism) so what's wrong when the right suppresses Communism? That's called adaptation.

Yet you could call all of those examples Capitalists, especially Elon who lives the Capitalist lifestyle.
The British Empire under Queen Victoria was a hyper conservative patriarchy (Victoria had some interesting views there...) with authoritarian laws. Yet they also had a free capitalist market and would not interfere with some crimes such as petty violence (which people weren't as soft about in those days).
