Solution: The child becomes a ward of the government, parents go home without the child [American citizen ], OR the parents sign a document rejecting all rights till the age of 18 of becoming citizens. Sure, let’s hand all newborn babies over to a government that has been suspected of hiding pedophile and human trafficking rings just cause their parents aren’t US citizens (mind you, they could be legal residents). What could possibly go wrong?
Mind you, it is the AMERICA LAST DEMOCRATIC COMMUNIST PARTY OF AMERICA that are the pedophiles; they are the ones who let in millions of illegals who are the pedophiles murders rapist, and we are not talking LEGAL RESIDENTS, just the plan birth for anchor baby status. Just like the temporary protected status people here for 20 or 30 years, and in all that time, they did not even attempt to FILE FOR CITIZENSHIP. Now that the shit hit the fan, they are crying, even tho they had 20 to 30 apply for citizenship and just sponged off our generosity. What could have possibly gone wrong has.

As per legal residents, they should have every right to have children here and their children to become citizens upon birth. They already followed a vetting process and did not everything right to be here.

The media, as usual, reports things incorrectly, reporting that SCOTUS ruled that anyone born in the US is a citizen, as required by the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. That's wrong, because the 14th Amendment allows for exceptions to that, for example, children born to foreign ambassadors and their staff.
That exception was included, acknowledging that some people are only in the US temporarily, and have no desire to perform the actions of a citizen. That logic can, and should, be used to exclude those born here only because the parents were intentionally here temporarily. Chinese parents, in particular, spend thousands of dollars to do just that.
SCOTUS can, and should, revisit the 14th Amendment and its interpretations, and rule that those people born in the US during temporary visits, which the 14th already excludes, are not automatically granted US citizenship.
Here I'll put it in terms that you will understand: who is going to pay to feed that child, or will you attend to your cruelty to make them into a slave and make him pay you back for all your trouble? The short answer is you can't do anything you've proposed in regard to this issue. It's against the law, and the law still pertains. You can't make people into slaves, and you can't take people's children away from them because you don't like the fact that they're not white.

The supreme court ruled that no they can't/. Thee are other measures that can be take to discourage this practice. The Trump administrstion is exploring alternatives to disincentivize having so called anchor babies.

Why should I have to pay for the whole family to be here on my dime? If you want them here, then pay for their expenses out of your pocket! not mine! It would be cheaper to pay for one child rather than the whole family over the course of fifteen or twenty years. Better yet, get all of them the hell out of this country and stop paying for them now. We are the only country with this anchor-baby crap. Who the hell in this country would want to go to Africa or China or the DPK for a better life
