Birth right citizenship is cornerstone American and will be the anchor to deal with global population collapsing.

Birth right citizenship is ultimately how we became a global power long before the global wars happened. While blood right citizenship was boiling to set off the global wars.

If you believe life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness then why shouldn't anyone born here be a citizen?

i agree. they must obey our laws as i said state laws too. and get citizenship regardless of parents. now the parents need to leave so separating a few families will deter planned births for citizenship.

I don't understand why the parents should leave. They have to stay to care for the baby. Don't you understand that?

I disagree but I guess they had their reasons that we’ll never understand for their ruling
