Unbelievable how stupid some of the folks on here ACTUALLY can be. LOL He can't end it by Executive Order; it's a Constitutional provision. If SCOTUS does anything other than toss it out immediately, they're sick. I'm certain NO left leaning justice will vote for it, but the idiot right wing has the majority.

Should the SCOTUS allow a President to override the Constitution by way of Executive Order, you can officially kiss the USA good-bye. That would be a direct deviation of what the founders intended. Any Conservative who then claims " the GOP is the party of Law and Order" can go F themselves and just stop. You would now be a full-fledged fascist by every metric, something the rest of us already know.

The Constitution is clear. Trump has no authority to end it, and if the Supreme Court sides with him, they have lost all pretense of legitimacy.

I remember people saying Democrats will revoke our natural born rights and will suppress us unless we stay awake, alert, and know our rights endowed by our creator.

Now that it is a guy they put above family, friends, and their fellow American they are like “nah, he must know what he’s doing.” On the basis there won’t be another administration after this one. Like there’s no other reason for the hypocrisy that I could ever find.

For the record, a lot of administrations Left and Right have censored media, increased the powers of the executive, appointed partisan hacks, and made strides towards spying on Americans. There is no mistaking that TRUMP is taking that to a whole other level.
We have a 77 million voter army that elected Trump and Vance, I would love for them to tell TRUMP to move those power grabs back, get angry, march peacefully and patriotically, tell Federal Government what you want.
Don’t play dumb, I know this is what you want. Our political leaders should be listening to your demands not you listening submissively towards their dreams and desires that don’t go your direction. I know you are wise.

Truth is clearly the people that love him will let him rape young women and they don't care. I don't know why he just doesn't release the Epstein files. Clearly his supporters will let him do anything including violating the constitution by executive order. They don't care if it destroys the United States of america. There are way too many executive orders that all Presidents use, regardless of party affiliation.
I support changes to birthright citizenship, but they should be done by law, passed by Congress, clarifying, but not violating, the 14th amendment, or by a new amendment that specifically addresses birthright citizenship without repealing the 14th amendment. A repeal could have very bad historical implications.

I could see the court siding with Trump because the VERY obvious intent of the 14th Amendment was not to protect what we call birthright citizenship today. If they rule against it, I doubt it will be on that ground. There is a question of whether the president has the authority to do it.

Maybe they should only cancel it for the ones that were not conceived here but keep it for ones that the parents were here when they were conceived so illegals can’t just come here after they get pregnant. Birthright citizen ship was enected so that the freed slaves could become citizens and not as an end run around out immigration laws. Hopefully the Supreme court will look t the intent of the law and allow PresidentTrump to put an end to it.
