Why do people in my neighborhood keep recognizing and ridiculing me?

A girl made fun of how I act because of my anxiety and the proceeded to mention if she stalked me and name the places I went and then I heard the city I used to live in. The other takes what looks like a picture of me and then says ew. For two days straight they were talking about me and all because I went to where one of them worked. Then in my neighborhood I hear people describing me and laughing. One guy walking down the street “that’s the girl that’s always.” I feel all this negative ridicule and attention started because I was seen walking all the time and then always antagonized because I’m “always unhappy.” Seems to be a certain type of people making fun of me mainly in my neighborhood. I don’t know if some of this people used to live where I used to live and then I get stared at way too much for it to be normal. I tried looking up anything of me online haven’t found anything up my knowledge. The people I live around are extremely nosy and quite p rejudice. Knowing how they dislike certain people their women usually are very rude to me and the men just stare constantly.
