If you lived near this border would you swap the flags around for a laugh?

This is the Belgium/ Netherlands border. They've conveniently painted flags on the road in case you get lost. Now, the temptation to get some paint and switch them around or replace the Netherlands one with a German flag has got to be there.

Personally, I'd go once a week and keep moving the border to see how many new miles I can give Belgium before anyone notices.

On NL side you can smoke a joint and carry some gram Marijuana legally with you. I BE you will be detained and probably you have to make an psychological test for several hundreds EUR to keep your driving license.

Seems to me Belgium has small dog syndrome. and made their flag bigger despite being smaller than the Nederlands. So I'd suggest resizing proportionally as truth in flagging is important.

I do like your mischievous impulse to paint the German flag over Belgian flag. Nobody will notice the strips are the wrong way or will think they meant to look at it from the curb if they do.

That's not a very dark blue, it's more of a Luxembourg looking flag than a Netherlands

Considering that Belgium was once part of The Netherlands, and both countries are in the Schengen area, where borders don't mean much, we're not sure anyone would notice the flag changes, or if they did, they probably wouldn't care. 🙈🙉🙊
