Why do Reddit admins punish replies but allow personal attacks?

So the admins in here are saying with their actions, that it is perfectly fine for anyone to respond to a question with a negative or personal attack without even attempting to answer and then run and hide so you can’t respond back.
Like a coward. If you attempt to hold these weak people accountable, the administration pulls your post and subtracts points.
I have a suspicion that these judge Judy’s are female and protecting other females because they’re a bunch of men hating b*****s. Or simps.
