Why do many Asians seem to look so much younger than their age?

I was at the bus stop and an Asian woman who weighed 100 pounds told me she was 70 years old and worked a part time job while living with her adult son and grandkids. She had the skin of a 40 year old woman, barely any fine lines or wrinkles. And she was eating a bag of potato chips so she was not a fitness junkie. When I was 32 people told me they thought I was in high school or middle school. When I was 21, they would sell me children’s bus tickets because they thought I was 10 years old.

I recently moved to SE Asia and I only eat local and I've been losing weight every week even though I eat more than double what I ate daily in Canada. I'm sure a lot has to do with genetics but food has to be a factor.

More neotenous features on average, probably the most so of any race (basically the facial structure changes less as they age from childhood to adulthood than other races which see greater variation after puberty, making aging more noticeable)

Maybe they exercise more or it is in their nature to look younger and sometimes alike
