i don't know why people in other countries are having too many kids. it's their choice but it's weird when you niece is the same age as brother

Your question speaks of two separate things.
Getting married young secures a partner for you for the rest of your life in the eyes of the church and the state
Having children in any quantity has nothing to do with that.
People in other countries have multiple children because they receive government subsidies for each child
