Does this Fox News poll indicate that Trump and the GOP are out of touch on what the top priorities are for the American people?

Not really. That poll has generally reflected the public's perceptions about the priorities of the two parties for about 3 or 4 generations.

The only thing notable is spending with the Democrats looking better. That is usually not the case because the GOP is traditionally more fiscally conservative. But, the Trump Administration has upended that belief among many because of the war and other stupid spending to stroke Trump's ego.

It does look that way. It also shows that people have forgotten what 4 years of the Biden administration was like.
Politicians can talk about affordability but ask them about policy and they are usually vague about it. We have an administration that is bringing good jobs back to America, have lower fuel prices and lower rate of inflation.
It looks like most of the respondents to this poll were all on welfare.
