Yes, Talarico does look like Alfred E Neuman. He always comes up with good nicknames for people. They all seem to fit too. Crooked Hillery, Sleepy Joe, Shifty Schiff, and many others. My favorite is when he calls Elizabeth Warren , Pocahontas because she lied on a job application claiming to be a native American.

Trump does that because he is immature and insecure. Remember when he had nick names for everyone like: Lying Ted Cruz, Little Marco Rubio, Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe. He is noting more than a schoolyard bully who can't spell or even complete a truthful sentence.
