What is it about people that fascinates you?

I'm interested in psychology and learning what makes people think the way they do. But truthfully, from my own observations, most people lack logic, seem to be sheep in society just assuming whatever the norms currently are, are natural. The majority of people don't think about the origin of things and don't think in a way that breaks concepts down in their heads.

Here are some example concepts...

Religion
Abortion
Trans rights
Age of consent
Gun policies
Castle law
Death penalty

... and so much more.

I won't state my opinions on those

Just human psychology in general. Watching people interact. The language. The conscious behaviors. The subconscious stuff. The uncontrollable involuntary physiological responses. Their self awareness or lack there of. Their capacity for introspective thought.

And how all of that correlates to social and career success, status, mate selection, etc.

They're all so different! Everyone thinks and acts differently and has different opinions.. Vive la differance! as the French say! Makes the world go round!

Many things, but some of them are - how persistently stupid some people can be... and how evil some people can be (for no valid reason).

How they all want to be loved. But they all put out so much trauma out in the world. It boggles my mind how these people never consider that trauma is going to make it's way back to them at some point.

I think what fascinates me most is how the mind of each and everyone of us works, the thinking process and how that shapes each and every decision we make that is the prelude to road and journey we take in life overall influencing all the interpersonal relationships that we all weave ourselves into.
