My sibling had the honor of being an advisor to President Reagan and worked closely with him. As I sit here I am looking at a picture of them on my wall together in the White House. I met him a few times and he was a giant of man in every way, I believe one of our greatest presidents and a national treasure.

President Reagan had a lot of different experiences being in show biz so he really was a student of thr human condition. He could see the handwriting on thr wall. It would be interesting to see what he would thing of the democrat decent into communism.

For sure. We elected Trump hoping he had the spirit of Reagan but we forgot that he is nothing more than a democrat from Reagan's time.

Not so sure about that. Yes, he was once a Democrat when there were still a lot of sane ones decades ago. But I think there are a lot of parallels between Reagan's ideology and Trump's ideology on economic, world and domestic affairs. And they both share an undeterrable determination and energy that is second to none even if they express it in different ways. I think Trump is about as close to Reagan as any president has ever been.
