I really don't understand the point of this question in any sense that you are asking.
Who calls who that anyways? I have never heard those terms tossed around, and how would one measure a person's height just by looking at them?

I don’t get it either, but apparently many Americans are fanatical about heights. There was a member on here (before your time), who made every post about him, complaining that he wasn’t quite six foot tall and how that was the bane of his existence. 🤦♂️
I’ve never heard anyone use the term “short king” both offline and online before.
