30s, knows who he is, has boundaries, sees my lowest and doesn't use it as excuse to be worst, he makes me want to be best.
He doesn't need me to lower my value so he can look superior.
He doesn't need me to be blind, codependent, clingy, or in high school to stay.
He doesn't need me to be someone else just to get his approval, cause marriage means both people choosing, not just 1 person who does that and that's what makes me want to change to be best.
He can leave, can see, can say no and still chooses to stay.
That's marriage to me.
If I had to marry one fictional character, I would marry that dude from Vikings which streams on Netflix, I love anything fantasy and deals with Vikings. Ragnar the main character of Vikings, I love a beefy man, not just that He is smart, curious, ambitious, and not without his flaws. He can have times of great despair, impulsivity, doubt, and who he is, the man and the legend he becomes. I love how he is so in love with his family and his wife. I want someone who can be that invested into me and my children.
Jane Eyre or one of the Bennet sisters from Pride and Prejudice, from novels.
Movies? That is a tough one. Margo from Lars and the Real Girl. I do not even know about her. A lot of unknowns. Most characters in movies are not marriage worthy.

Character is what she DOES when she CAN leave, CAN see, CAN say no.
Does she stay? Does she choose you? Does she call you out when you're wrong? That's strong, intelligent, loyal.
You didn't write that. You wrote 6 who can't. So they never get to choose you. They have to stay. That's not loyalty. That's captivity you find attractive because it makes you feel wanted, loved, accepted without having to be enough on your own.
