I had an idea about that, but I looked up a few things. According to Gender Inequality Index (2020), Saudi Arabia is as good a country for women as USA, Ukraine or Chile

This index uses 5 indicators:

• maternal mortality ratio
• adolescent birth rate
• female and male shares of parliamentary seats
• female and male population with at least secondary education
• female and male labour force participation rates
