The answer to your question is that there’s this very stupid and juvenile sociopolitical strategy where they want people to generally think it’s “tough and cool” to be right wing, and it’s “weak and lame” to be left wing. The thing to remember is that these people are absolute simpleton’s whose opinions should never be taken remotely seriously in any semblance of a serious society.
