If they become more expensive nobody will buy them so the exporter has to absorb the tariff, also inflation remained at a low 2.4% before the cost of fuel went up. If Americans were paying the tariffs, inflation would have went up.

It's a stupid question. People buy cheap products all the time, because they're cheap. You also make the stupid assumption that products made in the USA are automatically better quality than products made in China. It's a dumbass assumption from every standpoint.

It's particularly dumb due to the fact that many US companies have factories overseas making their products because labor is cheap there. If they were to import the materials and pay US wages, the same product would cost you 3 times as much to be "made in the USA". Not only that, companies have been know to stitch "made in USA" or "product of USA" labels on to Chinese or Japanese factory products because a US company OWNS the factory.

As for "America", I hate what Trump and his ilk have done to it, and those who support it. The rest of that discussion is beyond your capabilities.

President Trump's plan is to bring manufacturing back to America, 59,000 manufacturing jobs have been created and another 100,000 construction jobs which are mostly jobs building new factories.
