In countries like afghanistan, there is no stealing at all because people understand that the consequence will be that their hands would be chopped off. In china, they don't have a drug problem because they know they can get executed for either doing drugs or smuggling drugs.

Sure America would be better but see what you have to understand is America's not going to do that because America is all about making money and so they give people the freedom of choice to do whatever they want because when they get caught they go to jail the jail makes money if they go to prison to prison makes money if the guy doesn't want to go to jail he has to hire a lawyer the lawyer makes money the courts make money everybody's making money so they're not going to do that if there was things like that ruling with an iron fist of course things would be better but our country is made for the rich to get richer

They kind of did that with the death penalty if you do this or if you do that you're going to die but then you have the people that say that's inhumane

And then if they kill that person well they just took money out of the prison system all the way through the whole ordeal again somebody's losing money why would they want to do that

Some of us consider themselves humane and point at the constitution they hate and now so suddenly loves to a part about no cruel or unusual punishment. It’s both good and bad. The good is no torture, starving etc. The bad is it’s gotten so humane botched executions are starting to happen. The ones on death row are there for many years before execution date waiting for appeals to run out. I think this is ridiculous and needs to stop. They killed in some of the most inhuman ways imaginable did not give last meal nor time to prepare to see Jesus to any of their victims. I think they deserve the same
