absolutely, his handlers kept him hidden most of the time but every time he was seen in public he was either falling down, shaking hands with a ghost or losing his way off the stage. He could not keep track of all the lies he told and at press conferences he had a list of reporters that he was supposed to call on and got the answers to the questions that they will ask.
