Who's hotter/more awesome, Legolas or Aragorn?

I'm watching the Two Towers right now, I love this series! :)

Viggo actually lived in his costume during filming, repairing damage himself.

As a character, Aragorn is cool, but he basically codified the type of character who, while not being the main protagonist, handles most of the action. Being lord of the Dunedain is nice, as he not only gets to be king, he also has a long lifespan for one of the race of Man (he turns 80 during the course of the second movie/book and lives to be 210).

Legolas, Prince of Mirkwood, gets significantly more stuff to do in the books than is shown in the movies, including taking down a fell-beast (those dragon-like creatures ridden by the Ringwraiths) in one shot.

Still, I consider Aragorn to be the more awesome character.

The movies understandably cut a lot of content for length. Even in their cut form, they still average two to two and a half hours. Frodo is 50 years old when he leaves the Shire, and a year passes between him being given the Ring and leaving the Shire. For pacing reasons, I can understand why the movie was edited as it was.

Aragorn is so wise, stoic and bad ass. Plus ruggedly sexy. But Legolas is so agile, quiet and BEAUTIFUL. I just can't choose between 'em. I want 'em both! (I've put way too much thought into this throughout the years)
