How can I search & find someone's Birthday for free?

I need to figure this out, it's driving me nuts.

How can I find someone's birth date completely free? That WORKS.

Yes, I have their name, age, & city/state. Thanks!

-Ask a friend that knows this person.

-If you are talking to this person, in a flirty way, ask to compare diver license photo. But what you really are looking for is the birthdate.

-Go to a party, get this person really drunk, and when they pass out or when they are unaware of the world around them, go into their wallet and look at the driver license.

-Get invited to this person's house, and ask where the bathroom is, but go to the bedroom instead and snoop around for the birth certificate.
