Anyone found this language exchange site, mylanguageexchange.com to be scam?

i suspect this to be it but not entirely sure, I didn't pay much to trail it. the thing is I had some message returns but the fishy thing was all of them never really seem very serious at the end. but they all seem interested at the beginning.

what I figure is that when money is involved, scam can come up to attract membership.

i had free language exchange sites that were way more productive at finding serious language exchange partner than this site so go figure...

I use this site to find language exchanges:

This one was actually the best source so far. I found 5-6 contacts through Language for Exchange, and after about a month or so the list was narrowed down to 3 people with whom I regularly talk.

If you google that URL with the words "reviews", you'll see other sites with people giving their opinions on the service. I've never used it before, so I can't speak from experience. From a quick look at the rest of the google results, it looks like they are legit?
