Maybe she likes him a think you making a move but what ever her problem is it isn't your unless she start to make you feel uncomfortable or makes unnecessary remarks to you I would just leave it alone
but people can feel away if a new and young person joins a team becuse it can be the case of out with the old and in with the new
your young and maybe with fresh idears or new ways of doing things and sometimes people don't handel that well

Older woman are jealous of younger women because they remind them of what they once had and have lost...but not every1 is like that ...i dnt think so the same will stande for your mom or my mom or our aunts they gracefully accept their age and are proud of it they are also respected 1's in the society but some women just can't accept it and are immature even at their 40's and hence they tend to be jealous
Probably jealous because she knows men prefer younger women over older women. Let this be a warning to all women 18 or older: start finding your mate now, because the older you get, the harder it well be for you to get dates, especially if you're in your 30s.

Absolutely! I've ran into some older envious women, hell they're even in my own family. They're very in denial when comes to this but it all boils down to that main thing: the youth! And that's what they miss. A lot of them may have not been so confident in their younger days or didn't get to have as much fun as they wanted to or hey they simply may have just looked much better when they were younger. I just posted a question on my page asking guys why they prefer older women over younger women and they all have the same answers; more mature, knowing what they want, etc. but none of them look at how hard many of them try to compete with younger women which pretty much contradicts all of that. Please keep in mind I'm not saying all older women, but many are guilty of having the green eye for younger beautiful girls.

Not just older - any woman who is uglier than some other woman gets jealous, especially insane it is when it's about boob size, but not far less worse about other measurements.

older women are only jealous if they didn't cash their chips in early because for some reason nobody told them their stock starts dropping at 25 and is pretty much worthless after thirty
