What does it mean if a guy always looks at you seriously?

There's this guy in my college he always looks at me whenever I go past him. He always seem to look at me in a serious way. He doesn't do that to anyone but accept me. I did tell him that I like him but he said he would come and say hi but never did. But only is looking at me every single time. I really need someone's advice I would kindly appreciate it thanks!

My friend went up to him and told him that but it was a huge mistake from me. I should of ask him myself. Anyways we live and learn.

actually we work together yes we do talk at work we are friends really good friends

and he is dating this girl I used to be friend with in high school

he doesn't know I know her ...she is really pretty

i remember once he was staring lol and I asked him "what do you wanna fight?

Hes a sick creep then stay away from him. He shouldn't be doing that if he has a girlfriend already. You should really confront him about this and say to him that " Hi there well I've notice you starring at me? why are you doing that? lol don't sound to serious or mean be nice. I think he really likes you and thinking to break up with his girlfriend maybe she isn't nice but is pretty lol.
