How do guys talk about their girlfriends when we're not there?

I have an awesome boyfriend of about 3 months; he is a senior and I am a junior. We get along great and his friends seem to like me. Today he was giving me a ride home from school and two of his other friends were in the car. They were talking and joking with me on the way, but as soon as I slammed the door I'm pretty sure I heard one of them go "whoo whooo!" (!) and it made me wonder:

I think my boyfriend might brag about sexual stuff we've done together. How much do guys tell their friends about their girlfriends and what do you say about them?

I never brag about my girlfriend and what we do in the bedroom, that is between us and us alone. But some other guys of less maturity might brag about it. I would suggest laying off on the sex for a little while until he asks why, then telling him you don't want him saying anything about what is between you two to anyone else, or else he isn't getting any.

Trust and respect are key factors in a relationship and if he is bragging about the sex you are having then he is not respecting you at all.

You might want to make sure he isn't just using you for sex. I'm not saying that he is, but you may wan't to start noticing if you two do more fun stuff together or physical stuff. If you two are very physical, you might want to start wondering about that.
