Do guys talk about their girlfriends to their other guy friends?

I’ve always wondered if guys kiss and tell with their guys friends. Or if they talk about their girlfriends with their guy friends, talk about a date he just went on, or anything like that. Also, where do they go for relationship advice? Do they ever ask their guy friends?

Younger guys aged 18-24 would discuss stuff with their pals, like when they started dating a girl or had a hook up. Like guys might brag about a girl who did some freaky or kinky stuff. But usually if they really like a girl and see it becoming a proper relationship, they won't disclose intimate details to their friends.

Usually guys aged 25 or older will not disclose intimate details to their friends unless its just a hookup or friends with benefits type situation. Like guys in this bracket tend to be less likely to tell their group of friends in a bar about what they get up to with a girl.

As for general relationship advice, I wouldn't be asking most guy friends, only somebody I really trust, that might understand.

In groups of guys they may either talk about their girl in proud terms like an announcement or in boasting terms to compete stories with the other guys. But yes some guys do kiss and tell and if they do that’s more one on one with a close guy or female friend.. either to seek advice or to vent.

It is women that almost always talk; not men. Nevertheless, some men do talk.
